About Our Hosts:

Craig Pyette is a Ghostwriter and NYT #1 bestselling nonfiction editor who will help you turn your experience and expertise into an exceptional book. As a former senior editor at Knopf and Random House Canada, he worked closely with investigative, science, sports and political journalists; a former prime minister; business and health thought leaders; and professional athletes to produce nine number-one bestsellers, including the Wall Street Journal #1 bestseller 12 Rules for Life, which has sold over 10 million copies globally. Books he edited have received over seventy award wins and nominations and have been successfully adapted for stage and screen.

Whether it’s ghostwriting your book from scratch or editing the accomplished work of an experienced author—or any degree of editorial support in between—Craig can tailor his collaboration to give your book exactly what it needs to succeed.

JillEllyn Riley is a #1 New York Times bestselling writer and editor, with extensive experience in crafting and telling stories. It all comes down to voice — listening, honing, and developing the author’s authentic one. JillEllyn specializes in mission-driven nonfiction collaborations, particularly memoir; narrative nonfiction; women’s issues; cultural & social history; progressive politics; and social & popular psychology, as well as young adult & middle grade. Amy Cuddy, Julianna Barbassa, Judith Newman, artist Sue Coe, and ALS activist Brian Wallach are among her authors. As a ghostwriter and developmental editor, her projects have garnered six-figure advances and sold to major publishers.

Her two NYT #1 bestsellers The Confidence Code for Girls and Living the Confidence Code were written with Katty Kay and Claire Shipman. This was the best hour of my month. Your Live Q&A was the most useful meeting I've joined this year. Through your tenacity, honesty, and poise, you are helping all of us newbies thrive. I valued not just what [Lucinda Literary's experts] said today but how [they] said everything. Thank you.”
